Policies and Terms of Residence

Reservation Policy as defined by the Greek National Tourism Organization (GNTO)

• In order to validate the reservation of your apartments / accommodations it is necessary to prepay 25% of the total cost of your stay.
• All payments are made exclusively in euros.
• In case you make your reservation by email or phone, and if you receive theconfirmation of your reservation, please deposit within 1 business day the appropriate amount of the deposit in the bank account of Sunshine Sarti Apartments that we will indicate to you. Your deposit should indicate your full name and the duration of your stay.
• Any bank charges for remittance or currency conversion shall be borne exclusively by you.

Cancellation Policy as defined by the Greek National Tourism Organization (GNTO)

You have the right to cancel your reservation for any reason.

• If the cancellation is made at least 21 days before your arrival, you will be refunded the full amount of the deposit.
• If the cancellation is made after the lapse of 21 days before the arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.
• In case of cancellation during the stay, you are obliged to pay compensation equal to 50% of the cost for the remaining period of the reservation.

Conditions of residence According to the Greek National Tourism Organization (EOT)

• On the day of your arrival, your apartment is granted from 14:00 onwards, unless we have agreed otherwise.
• On the day of your departure, you must leave the apartment before 12:00. The day of departure is free of charge.
• In case you stay in the apartment on the day of your departure between 12:00 - 18:00, you are charged a charge equal to 50% of the price of the overnight stay.
• In case you stay after 18:00, you will be charged the entire night.
• Our guests are solely responsible for any material damage caused to the room (beyond normal wear), either by their intentional or unintentional action, or by negligence.
• Sunshine Sarti Apartments reserves the right to charge its guests the cost of replacing any item removed without consent from the room.
• Guests are kindly requested to respect and observe the “quiet hours” (15:00 to 17:30 and 23:00 to 07:00).
• More people are not allowed to stay overnight than the pre-agreed number of people per apartment.
• Subletting of the apartment is not allowed.
• Pets are not allowed inside the apartment, as according to the Greek National Tourism Organization they need suitable reception and accommodation areas for pets.
